El Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar sigue manteniendo su política de prudencia y ha continuado durante el primer trimestre reforzando las provisiones para proseguir saneando su balance.
Gestión del riesgo
El Grupo continúa mejorando la calidad del balance como resultado de la gestión del activo irregular, principalmente gracias a una reducción de 945 millones de euros en los activos dudosos, un 23 % respecto al mismo periodo del año anterior, lo que se traduce en una mejora de 3 puntos porcentuales en la tasa de morosidad hasta el 9,84 %; así como a un aumento de las ventas de adjudicados del 31 %, respecto al mismo trimestre del año anterior, que contribuye a lograr una reducción de los activos adjudicados netos del 5,8 %. Todo lo cual facilita el incremento en 2,9 puntos porcentuales de la tasa de cobertura del activo irregular, hasta el 49,39 %.

En el primer trimestre el Grupo Cooperativo Cajamar sigue mejorando su posición de solvencia y liquidez. Así, mantiene un confortable nivel de financiación mayorista y libre acceso a los mercados mayoristas, alta capacidad de generación de activos líquidos y una cómoda posición de liquidez, cumpliendo los limites exigidos por la Autoridad Bancaria Europea, con vencimientos cubiertos durante los próximos años, libre acceso a los mercados y altos volúmenes de títulos descontables ante el BCE. Esto permite una holgada posición de liquidez, situando la ratio de cobertura de liquidez (LCR) en el 192,04 % y la ratio de financiación estable neta (NSFR) en el 112,14 %.

Tras la aplicación de la IFRS9, los recursos propios computables anotan un incremento del 2,5 %, hasta los 3.123 millones, y el coeficiente de solvencia phased-in se sitúa al cierre del primer trimestre en el 13 % y el fully loaded en el 12 %. Por su parte, la ratio CET 1 phased-in, que recoge los recursos propios de mayor calidad, alcanza el 11,3 % y el 10,4 % fully loaded, superando los requerimientos del supervisor.
- La nueva financiación crece un 11,9 %, principalmente destinada al sector agroalimentario, las pequeñas y medianas empresas, y los autónomos.
- Los recursos gestionados minoristas aumentan un 5,2 % por el crecimiento de los depósitos a la vista y los fondos de inversión.
- Avanza su posición competitiva en cuotas de mercado en depósitos y en créditos, con más de un 42 % de su clientela vinculada.
- Mejora la calidad del balance respecto al año anterior por la gestión del activo irregular, con una reducción de los activos dudosos del 23 %, lo que se traduce en una reducción de la tasa de morosidad de 3 puntos porcentuales, hasta el 9,84 %; y un incremento de las ventas de adjudicados del 31 %, respecto al mismo trimestre del año anterior.
- El resultado neto asciende a 31,5 millones de euros, un 27,6 % más que en el mismo trimestre del año anterior.
- La ratio de solvencia se incrementa hasta el 13 % y la ratio CET 1 phased-in alcanza el 11,3 % y el 10,4 % fully loaded, superando los niveles exigidos por el supervisor.
