Con el paquete de enmiendas tramitadas, el PSOE de Almería pretende acabar con esa situación y que la provincia reciba “lo que en justicia le corresponde”, atendiéndose cuestiones de vital importancia, como son los recursos hídricos. Así, en materia de agua, la principal enmienda de las presentadas por el PSOE almeriense incide en que se reserve una partida de 11 millones de euros para poder bonificar el agua desalada, de modo que su precio nunca supere los 0,30 euros por metro cúbico, “tal como prevé una ley aprobada en marzo que el Gobierno está incumpliendo”.

El PSOE también ha presentado enmiendas para que se amplíen la desaladora del Campo de Dalías –con 10 hectómetros cúbicos más– y de Carboneras –con otros 42 hectómetros cúbicos– y que se construyan las conducciones que permitan llevar agua desalada al Campo de Tabernas, mediante la ejecución del proyecto que el Gobierno de Rajoy tiene redactado y que requiere de una inversión de 32 millones de euros.
Desde el PSOE de Almería también se ha reclamado mediante enmiendas la ampliación de las depuradoras de Roquetas de Mar, Adra y El Ejido; que se destinen 63 millones de euros a ampliar la bonificación de los seguros agrarios; y un Plan de impulso para la industria Agroalimentaria en la provincia de Almería, así como un plan de modernización de regadíos, “al encontrarnos con la vergonzosa cifra de cero euros para esta materia en los presupuestos para 2018”, según ha apuntado Ferrer Tesoro.

Sobre el transporte ferroviario, en la jornada en que se han cumplido 2.100 días sin obras del AVE en Almería “por voluntad exclusiva del Partido Popular”, el PSOE ha vuelto a pedir “una línea de Alta Velocidad hacia Murcia con doble vía, destinar este año 300 millones de euros a esta infraestructura y que comiencen los proyectos del AVE con Granada, así como la conexión del ferrocarril con el Puerto de Almería.

En materia de energía, el Grupo Parlamentario Socialista ha presentado una enmienda para la inclusión en los Presupuestos de la línea de alta capacidad Caparacena-Baza-La Ribina, “una infraestructura que de no ponerse en marcha pone en jaque el desarrollo del norte de nuestra provincia”, así como un cambio normativo que solucione la problemática que tiene actualmente la Plataforma Solar de Almería por las limitaciones a la gestión de sus fondos que se le han impuesto.
Para el desarrollo de la provincia, el Grupo Parlamentario Socialista también ha reclamado al Gobierno central que en 2018 contemple partidas para poner en marcha un Plan especial de impulso a la industrialización de la provincia de Almería, un Plan específico de desarrollo económico en la Alpujarra almeriense y un Plan para la recuperación del litoral de la provincia.
