En cuanto a la valoración, de uno a diez, del viaje realizado, los turistas que visitaron Andalucía durante el trimestre, concedieron un 8,5 a su estancia en la región. Las provincias más valoradas fueron Málaga, con un 9,1, y Jaén con un 8,7. Los aspectos mejor valorados por los visitantes fueron los relacionados con los paisajes y parques naturales, y con el patrimonio cultural.
Por último, a la pregunta realizada a los turistas sobre si se habían visto cubiertas sus expectativas con respecto a Andalucía, el 31,1% de los viajeros consideró que la comida fue mejor de lo esperado; mientras que el 10,5% consideró que los precios fueron peor de lo esperado.

El gasto medio diario que realizaron los turistas en Andalucía en el año 2018 se estima en 66,8 euros por turista, cifra que supera en un 1,0% la del año anterior.
