16 centros Guadalinfo de toda Andalucía, entre ellos dos de Almería -Cantoria y Sierro-, organizarán talleres dirigidos a jóvenes y a adultos para mostrar el proceso de diseño, montaje, programación y vuelo seguro de un dron. Durante dichos talleres, los y las participantes podrán “tocar” tecnología, introducirse en el ensamblaje y soldadura de sus piezas, adquirir nociones de programación, practicar el vuelo de drones de forma responsable y conocer la regulación, normativa y distintas aplicaciones de esta tecnología. Se trata de una iniciativa piloto del Consorcio Fernando de los Ríos que ha equipado con drones a 16 centros Guadalinfo de las 8 provincias andaluzas y formado a sus Agentes de Innovación Local (AIL) para la realización de estos talleres. Cada centro recibirá tres “kit”: uno para programar y volar con niños/as y otros dos más para realizar el proceso completo (montaje, programación y vuelo) con jóvenes y adultos. El objetivo es despertar el interés por la ciencia y por profesiones ligadas a las TIC, desarrollar competencias digitales y profesionales y facilitar un uso innovador, creativo y seguro de la tecnología.
Guadalinfo expone a jóvenes desde edades tempranas a la tecnología para despertar su interés por la ciencia, las profesiones y las competencias digitales, con especial acento en la prevención de una brecha de género tecnológica entre niños y niñas. La formación a jóvenes y adultos añade además el objetivo de mejorar su empleabilidad a través del desarrollo de competencias digitales y profesionales vinculadas a las TIC. Los centros forman desde hace años en programación, robótica e Impresión 3D, una oferta a la que ahora se une esta primera oleada de 16 centros equipados con drones y a la que en breve se sumará la realidad aumentada.
