Los nuevos casos declarados están pendientes de confirmación del Centro Nacional de Microbiología. Asimismo, se han activado los protocolos de prevención dictaminados por el Ministerio de Sanidad para determinar los posibles contactos directos que hayan tenido estos pacientes.
La Consejería de Salud y Familias quiere expresar una vez más su agradecimiento a la magnífica labor que vienen realizando todos los profesionales de los centros sanitarios andaluces en estas circunstancias excepcionales, demostrando una vez más su responsabilidad, compromiso e implicación en la lucha contra esta epidemia. De igual modo, hace extensible dicha felicitación a los profesionales de la Unidad Militar de Emergencias (UME) por su encomiable labor durante estos días y al personal del INFOCA, que se incorpora en las labores de limpieza y logística. También al personal de las residencias de mayores que, desde un primer momento, ha mostrado su total colaboración ante esta situación extraordinaria y que realizan una labor extraordinaria, así como al personal de ayuda a domicilio que vela continuamente por el bienestar de las personas más vulnerables.
Consultas atendidas por coronavirus en los centros de 061 y Salud Responde
La Empresa Pública de Emergencias Sanitarias ha atendido desde el 25 de febrero hasta el día de ayer, un total de 131.437 consultas de los andaluces por coronavirus.
Por centros, los operadores y profesionales sanitarios (médicos, enfermeros y técnicos de emergencias) que se encuentran en los centros coordinadores del 061 han resuelto en este periodo 35.449 solicitudes de los ciudadanos, 1.010 de ellas durante la jornada de ayer (siendo el 18,3% de las mismas informativas o de consultas epidemiológicas y el 81,2% asistenciales). En este mismo periodo, Salud Responde ha gestionado 95.988 consultas sobre el coronavirus, siendo atendidas 1.570 en el día de ayer.
A través de la App de Salud Responde se han recibido desde el inicio de la crisis 495.596 consultas al apartado de información sobre coronavirus, 136.755 de ellas para realizar el test incorporado el sábado 14 de marzo, con el fin ayudar a las personas a determinar de forma inicial si necesitan o no asistencia sanitaria y facilitarles la toma de decisión.
Asistente virtual sobre el coronavirus
El asistente virtual sobre coronavirus, disponible en la misma App de Salud Responde y a través de la página web de la Empresa Pública de Emergencias Sanitarias www.epes.es, ha mantenido 14.374 conversaciones en los primeros días con los usuarios para resolver dudas generales sobre el Coronavirus. Este asistente virtual o chatbot pretende ser otra vía de información a la ciudadanía sobre el coronavirus, con la que mejorar el servicio al ciudadano.
Volumen de llamadas recibidas en los centros de EPES
La Empresa Pública de Emergencias Sanitarias (EPES) ha registrado 3.270.943 de llamadas por todas las líneas y para todos los servicios, desde el inicio del estado de alarma hasta el día de ayer, que se recibieron 54.863 llamadas. Los 8 Centros Coordinadores de Urgencias y Emergencias Sanitarias 061 gestionaron 13,3% de llamadas (437.563), el 955 545 060 de Salud Responde el 82,9% (2.706.971) y a través del 900 400 061, habilitado para la atención exclusiva de las consultas sobre coronavirus, se han recibido el 3.8% restante (126.920 llamadas).
