El Plan de invierno finaliza con un descenso eléctrico del 3,7%
La entidad pública también acaba de informar de la finalización, el pasado 15 de marzo, del Plan de Invierno 2019-2020, un plan específico de garantía de suministro para la época de invierno realizado entre la Junta de Andalucía, a través de la Agencia, y la empresa distribuidora e-distribución (antigua Endesa, que cuenta con un 94% de los suministros), que trata de establecer las acciones preventivas y correctivas necesarias para garantizar la continuidad del servicio eléctrico.

Durante este invierno la temperatura media ha sido en Andalucía más suave de lo habitual, 13,4ºC, lo que ha provocado que la demanda de energía eléctrica haya descendido un 3,7% respecto al pasado invierno, a pesar de tener un día más por ser año bisiesto. El día de mayor demanda fue el 14 de enero de 2020, entre las 21 y 22 horas, con 6.852 MWh (el máximo histórico de invierno en Andalucía está en 7.661 MWh). Este valor también supone un descenso del 2,7% respecto al valor máximo del pasado invierno.
