Además del seguimiento proactivo, la atención a los pacientes a domicilio y en centros residenciales se ha visto reforzada con la creación por Salud de una red de trabajo autonómica de enfermeras gestoras de casos y el desarrollo de una aplicación telemática para el registro y monitorización de los centros. Esta plataforma ha permitido conocer en todo momento la situación y evolución de las residencias para adoptar las medidas oportunas.
Igualmente, se han constituido equipos de refuerzo para la atención residencial, integrados por médicos y enfermeras de familia, que en turnos diurnos han prestado apoyo ante aquellas situaciones clínicas que lo hayan requerido. La Junta ha reforzado también los dispositivos de urgencias como apoyo para los cuidados en residencias.

Estas medidas se completarán con un plan formativo tanto para los trabajadores de residencias como del Servicio Andaluz de Salud para ampliar sus conocimientos en la prevención y cuidados relacionados con el Covid-19.
REALIZACIÓN DE TEST
En lo que se refiere a la realización de test rápidos para identificar y diagnosticar posibles casos de residentes o trabajadores con sospecha de coronavirus, se han enviado 235.800 test. Teniendo en cuenta la distribución provincial, 16.200 han ido para Almería, 26.800 para Cádiz, 29.200 para Córdoba, 23.800 para Granada, 11.700 para Huelva, 24.900 para Jaén, 44.500 se han destinado a Málaga y 58.700 a Sevilla.
