La Diputación Provincial de Almería está acelerando a los 103 municipios de la provincia las ayudas del 'Plan Almería' gracias al apoyo técnico y jurídico que ofrece el Área de Asistencia a Municipios.
Así lo ha confirmado el diputado de Asistencia a Municipios, Eugenio Gonzálvez, quien ha precisado que, durante el primer semestre de 2020, se ha consolidado e incrementado el número de asistencias prestadas respecto al pasado año, incluyendo los informes y memorias necesarias para las ayudas de los programas del Plan dirigidos a los ayuntamientos.

Entre las asistencias que se han prestado en materia de Urbanismo desde los Servicios Centrales (ubicados en el Edificio de Rambla Alfareros de la ciudad de Almería) y seis oficinas distribuidas en la provincia (Benahadux, Tabernas, Vera, Alhama de Almería, Macael y Vélez-Rubio), destacan los informes y memorias imprescindibles para acceder a las ayudas de los programas 'Coopera'.
"Sin el apoyo de la Diputación los ayuntamientos no tendrían la posibilidad de realizar los informes y memorias que se necesitan para acceder a estos ocho millones de euros que ya se han movilizado y que están llegando a los 103 municipios", ha explicado.

Se trata de una actividad que se ha realizado en coordinación con el resto de las Áreas de la propia Diputación; que garantiza la viabilidad de las actuaciones que se solicitan por las entidades locales de la provincia.

En concreto, durante el primer semestre se han ejecutado un total de 2.692 en materia urbanística, lo que supone un incremento importante respecto al pasado año si se tiene en cuenta el periodo de Estado de Alarm.
"Han crecido en casi un centenar las asistencias prestadas, lo que refleja la consolidación de un servicio que cada vez demandan más los municipios y que es muy necesario para lograr el objetivo que se marcó la Diputación de luchar contra la despoblación", ha apuntado.

Los trabajos realizados por la Sección de Asesoramiento Urbanístico son muy variados y se centran en la emisión de Informes técnicos a expedientes municipales de Licencias de Obra Mayor, Informaciones Urbanísticas, Informes de Compatibilidad Urbanística, certificados de asimilados a fuera de ordenación, estado de conservación de inmuebles, valoraciones urbanísticas, etc.

De las actuaciones realizadas durante el primer semestre destacan por su cuantía los informes de Compatibilidad Urbanística e Informaciones Urbanísticas, que se han elaborado 501; la redacción de Memorias Valoradas, que se cifran en 210 y la redacción de Instrumentos de Planeamiento Urbanístico, con 47 documentos, entre los que se incluyen instrumentos de planeamiento de desarrollo, innovaciones de planeamiento general y proyectos de actuación.
