La Diputación Provincial de Almería continúa con su apuesta decidida por garantizar el agua y mejorar la eficiencia en las redes de agua de la provincia Almería impulsando inversiones en cuatro municipios del Almanzora y la Alpujarra. La Institución Provincial ha dado luz verde a proyectos hídricos para potenciar la eficiencia y asegurar el suministro en Arboleas, Terque, Alicún y Paterna del Río.

Los cuatro proyectos van a suponer un ariete para la mejora de conducciones, modernización de las redes abastecimiento y, en algunos casos, la construcción de un sistema de alcantarillado con el consiguiente beneficio medioambiental. La inversión prevista en estas cuatro actuaciones supera los 220.000 euros.
El diputado provincial de Fomento, Óscar Liria, ha resaltado la importancia de unas inversiones que ponen de manifiesto la apuesta decidida del presidente, Javier A. García, por garantizar el suministro hídrico los 365 días del año en los 103 municipios de la provincia: “Son obras que mejoran el servicio que reciben los ciudadanos en sus hogares, garantizan el agua y, potencian la eficiencia evitando fugas y averías”, ha explicado.

En Arboleas, la actuación se desarrollará en la barriada de Los Llanos, a la que se dotará de una red de evacuación que conecta con la red municipal de saneamiento y depuración de Arboleas. Las aguas residuales se llevarán hasta ‘Los Castos’, donde se conectará al colector existente. Esta obra está financiada al 100% por la Diputación de Almería.

En Paterna del Río se va renovar el sistema de conducciones de saneamiento y abastecimiento con la instalación de una nueva canalización de alumbrado en la barriada de Guarros. En concreto, se desarrollará en la Calle Real de Guarros, que cuenta con 7 metros de anchura y 90 de longitud. Esta obra pondrá fin a fugas y filtraciones orígenes de humedades y daños leves a viviendas.

Por último, en Terque se va a ejecutar una tubería de abastecimiento que suministrará agua potable desde el sondeo hasta la red general situada a la entrada del casco urbano(frente polideportivo). Esta actuación supondrá una mejora en la Red General, garantizando el suministro a la población evitando roturas y averías que actualmente padecen los habitantes de Terque y cumpliendo todas las garantías sanitarias.
Estos cuatro proyectos, que ya han sido adjudicados, comenzarán a ejecutarse en las próximas semanas. Liria ha recalcado que la apuesta hídrica de la Diputación se demuestra con “los más de 32 millones de euros que se han invertido en todo el territorio para garantizar el acceso a agua de calidad y en cantidad a los almerienses”.
