Un error en la nota de prensa de la Subdelegación del Gobierno de Almería, ha permitido revelar que los Presupuestos Generales del Estado para 2022 son un calco literal de los de 2021, dejando por tanto en evidencia palmaria todo lo que no se ha hecho y se vuelve a prometer, una veces con más presupuesto y otras con menos (pero no porque se haya invertido algo).
En los textos que siguen, los lectores de Noticias de Almería van a poder encontrar en negrita los textos idénticos en los comunicados oficiales remitidos por el Gobierno en referencia a los presupuestos de 2021 y los de 2022. El detalle más llamativo a priori es que tanto en la nota de los relativos a 2021, como la de 2022, se detalla que son PGE 2021… y a partir de ahí, un copia y pega que sirve para demostrar, más allá del debate político, qué no se ha hecho este año y por tanto se anuncia para 2022.

Hemos de destacar que no está todo el contenido de ambas notas, porque hemos querido detallar únicamente aquellos textos que están copiados textualmente, si bien hay otros como los de relacionados con las costas, el puerto o el aeropuerto, que llevan a la misma conclusión pero no son tan literales como estos.

Carreteras contará en 2022 con 40M€ (31,8 millones de la Dirección General de Carreteras y 8,13 para la Sociedad Estatal de Infraestructuras del Transporte Terrestre. La cifra supone un incremento del 65,6% con respecto a los Presupuestos de 2021.
El proyecto de Presupuestos consigna partidas presupuestarias de obras, estudios y proyectos de actuaciones en la red de carreteras como una dotación de 15,1 millones € para las obras del enlace de Viator entre la A7 y la A92, el proyecto del tercer carril en la A7, entre Almería y Roquetas de Mar, el proyecto de remodelación del enlace 429 en la A7 (Roquetas de Mar-El Parador) y el proyecto de remodelación de los enlaces 407 y 411 de la A7 en El Ejido.
Igualmente, para el mantenimiento y mejora de la seguridad vial de la Red de Carreteras del Estado en Almería, se contempla una partida de 12,4 millones €, que engloba actuaciones de mejora de firmes, intersecciones, señalización, balizamiento, drenaje y estructuras, así como los servicios de conservación y explotación ordinaria de carreteras.

La inversión total previstas en otros sectores como el aeroportuario y marítimo también es elevada. La partida para el aeropuerto de Almería asciende a 1,85 millones €. De ese montante, 800.000 euros para la seguridad de personas e instalaciones del aeropuerto.
