El 18,7% de los expedientes terminados acabaron en sanción
El 18,7% de los expedientes concluidos Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, relativos a posibles fraudes en los Expedientes de Regulación Temporal de Empleo (ERTE) en Almería, acabaron en sanción, según los datos consultados por Noticias de Almería.
En el desempeño de las funciones encomendadas a este organismo, y teniendo especialmente en cuenta la situación extraordinaria por la que está atravesando nuestro país en los últimos meses, este organismo ha puesto en marcha una serie de campañas de actuación dirigidas a aquellas empresas y personas trabajadoras afectadas por expedientes de regulación de empleo que traigan su causa en la crisis sanitaria derivada de la COVID-19.
De los datos más actualizados se concluye que en Almería se abrieron 433 expedientes, de los que se han concluido 406, y de ellos, 76 han derivado en sanciones que suman 391.107,44 euros.
Almería ocupa la sexta posición por número de expedientes iniciados y finalizados, pero es la quinta en número de infracciones detectadas y cuantía total de las multas impuestas.
La sanción media en Almería es de 5.146 euros, en Cádiz de 3.600 euros, en Córdoba de 4.571 euros, en Granada de 4.287, en Huelva de 8.027 euros, en Jaén de 5.086 euros, en Málaga de 8.870 euros, y en Sevilla de 4.919 euros.
