La Central Sindical Independiente y de Funcionarios, CSIF Almería, califica de “parche” o de “cajón de sastre” la ‘Consulta de Acogida’ que, recientemente, se ha implantado en la Atención Primaria del Servicio Andaluz de Salud en la provincia. Para el sindicato esta iniciativa de la Administración Sanitaria ha puesto en evidencia las graves carencias del primer escalón de la atención sanitaria que, además, se ha visto agravada con los nuevos recortes que desde el mes noviembre realizó el SAS, despidiendo al personal contratado como refuerzo COVID.

Según ha podido saber el sindicato, a través del Sector de Sanidad, en sus múltiples visitas a los centros de salud de la capital (Cruz de Caravaca, Vega de Acá o La Cañada, entre otras) y del resto de la provincia, el malestar entre las plantillas está generalizado, muy especialmente entre el colectivo profesional de Enfermería, que se extiende, como un efecto dominó al resto de personal de los puntos de Atención Primaria.
De esta manera, CSIF explica que, para empezar la “famosa” Consulta de Acogida no está implantada en todos los centros y es una herramienta que, a día de hoy, es ambigua, tiene falta de criterios, está llena de lagunas, es poco resolutiva para usuarios y trabajadores de la Sanidad, dado que solo resuelve de media un 20% del total de casos que gestiona en los centros de salud. “El 80 por ciento restante de los pacientes se ve obligado a resolver su consulta sanitaria bien, repitiendo el proceso asistencial de nuevo, para ser derivado a un facultativo o bien siendo reagendado en un hueco de otra consulta y, en última instancia, se ven obligados a asistir a los servicios de urgencia hospitalarias, saturando este nivel asistencial. Hay hasta 18 protocolos de actuación que no son claros y cuya interpretación es totalmente subjetiva que impiden que sean operativos”, ha apuntado Antonio Moreno, responsables del Sector Sanidad de CSIF Almería.

Asimismo, la central sindical considera que están “parcheando” una importante falta de médicos. “La Consulta de Acogida, sobre los hombros del colectivo de Enfermería, no es la mejor solución a las carencias que tiene la Atención Primaria, sin embargo, ya que han optado por esta alternativa deficiente, que menos que dimensionar adecuadamente este servicio y reforzar convenientemente el número de enfermeras y enfermeros, para prestar un servicio público con unos mínimos de calidad”, ha explicado el responsable de Sector Sanidad de CSIF Almería.
