“Pablo Casado ha defendido medidas como usar los derechos de CO2 para reducir la factura de la luz, traspasar a los Presupuestos Generales del Estado los costes no energéticos, suprimir el impuesto sobre el valor de la producción eléctrica, o aplicar un IVA reducido al 10% permanentemente.
