La Consejería de Fomento, Infraestructuras y Ordenación del Territorio, a través de la Agencia Pública de Puertos de Andalucía (APPA), ha sacado a concurso la autorización administrativa para la ocupación y explotación de módulos y terrazas anexas de los Muelles Gourmet en los puertos de Rota (Cádiz) y Adra (Almería) para la actividad de hostelería.
Rafael Merino, director general de APPA, ha destacado que “esta nueva actividad ofrecerá oportunidades de trabajo y de desarrollo de negocio en los puertos de gestión autonómica de la Junta de Andalucía, además ampliará la oferta de servicios que actualmente ofrecen las instalaciones portuarias y permitirán un mayor acercamiento de los usuarios y visitantes al puerto”.

Los puertos de Rota y Adra contarán con cinco módulos destinados a la hostelería, cuatro de ellos destinados a la actividad de bar o restaurante y el quinto tendrá uso como cafetería, confitería o coctelería. Los módulos constarán de 33 metros cuadrados construidos resueltos en una sola planta y presentarán una zona de atención al público con cubierta con acceso frontal al módulo, pudiendo dividirse interiormente en dos zonas en función de las necesidades, ofreciendo, de este modo, una solución de carácter adaptable y polivalente, con capacidad de albergar distintos usos en función de las necesidades de cada instalación portuaria. Los módulos de aseos constarán de 47 metros cuadrados construidos resueltos en una sola planta donde se albergan almacén de limpieza y baños accesibles totalmente equipados. Los módulos industrializados polivalentes serán construidos en taller, con acabados de ejecución en seco, de alta durabilidad y bajo mantenimiento, estando preparados para su trasladado y conexión a redes de servicio e instalación en ubicación definitiva.
Además, se instalarán elementos de sombra, que se prevén en dos dimensiones diferentes, 5 x 5 metros y 5 x 2,50 metros), con un mástil central y parasoles de 2,5 metros x 2,5 metros, con sistema multivolante, y preinstalación de iluminación. Estos elementos estarán preparados para resistir los esfuerzos y las acciones de viento propias de las explanadas portuarias, zonas claramente expuestas a este tipo de acciones, y ser de calidad y adaptadas a los efectos del ambiente marino.
