La Central Sindical Independiente y de Funcionarios, CSIF Almería, denuncia una vez más el incumplimiento del Convenio Colectivo de Urbaser en Roquetas de Mar. En esta ocasión, la empresa concesionaria del servicio de recogida de basuras del municipio no ha abonado en la nómina de diciembre los días de asuntos propios no disfrutados de aquellos trabajadores que han estado de baja laboral.
Asimismo, el sindicato también critica que, hace unos meses, Urbaser alquiló unas instalaciones en El Parador y tampoco paga el plus de distancia fijado en convenio por desplazamiento a los trabajadores y trabajadoras que comienzan allí su jornada laboral.

Por otro lado, la empresa también ha negado la solicitud de la última reunión con el Comité de Empresa, en la que se instó a la concesionaria a dar cobertura a una vacante con un trabajador indefinido tal y como recoge el pacto laboral y respetando el orden de preferencia de la bolsa de trabajo existente. Sin embargo, la dirección de Urbaser declinó dicha petición y propuso otro trabajador sin respectar el orden de dicha bolsa de trabajo. Dada la negativa de los representantes sindicales de la plantilla, desde gerencia se amenazó con que, “sino se solventaba esta plaza con el trabajador propuesto por la empresa no se cubrirían ninguna vacante más”. Y, por último, la empresa también se ha negado a convocar la plaza vacante de capataz según lo establecido en el convenio

Ante esta situación, CSIF vuelve a poner sobre la mesa la falta de diálogo y los continuos incumplimientos de Urbaser con su plantilla de trabajadores y advierte que no tolerará ninguna irregularidad más y exigirá el cumplimiento con precisión del Convenio Colectivo. De igual modo, el sindicato también pone de manifiesto su preocupación ante la desidia por parte del Ayuntamiento de Roquetas, que permite que se sigan incumpliendo el pliego de condiciones con la empresa que presta este servicio público y le apremia a intervenir en la solución de este nuevo conflicto laboral auspiciado por la mala gestión de la empresa.
