Policía Local y el área de Agricultura han llevado a cabo un amplio operativo en Tierras de Almería para iniciar el expediente de inhabitabilidad e insalubridad que permita el desalojo de los cortijos ocupados y la demolición de las infraviviendas ilegales. Este tipo de actuaciones se harán extensivas en otras zonas rurales del municipio.

Varias patrullas de Policía Local, junto a inspectores del Área de Agricultura, han procedido durante toda la mañana de hoy a la identificación de los moradores de las infraviviendas y cortijos oKupados y al levantamiento de actas para la retirada de los vehículos abandonados en los asentamientos y de animales desatendidos.

El concejal de Agricultura y la directiva de la Comunidad de Regantes ‘Tierras de Almería’ han acompañado al dispositivo para recorrer la zona y ayudar a los agentes en la localización de los puntos más conflictivos. Francisco Pérez ha incidido en “el compromiso del equipo de Gobierno de erradicar cualquier tipo de conductas incívicas, insalubres e ilegales que alteran la convivencia y la cohesión social”.

“Estamos llevando a cabo actuaciones de seguridad en el entorno rural y en todos los núcleos para luchar contra el problema de la oKupación ilegal y la infravivienda, que generan numerosos problemas de salubridad e inseguridad y que proyectan una mala imagen de nuestro campo. Los moradores deben de mantener sus viviendas en perfectas condiciones de ornato y salubridad, vivir en unas condiciones dignas”.

Además, el Ayuntamiento está trabajando en el proyecto de seguridad de instalación de más de 100 cámaras de videovigilancia en todo el municipio, en la actualización de la Ordenanza de Convivencia Ciudadana y Prevención de Actos Incívicos, en la puesta en marcha de patrullas de vigilancia y de un Grupo Especial de Seguridad Ciudadana, y en acciones de vigilancia en materia de extranjería.
