La parlamentaria del PSOE de Almería Noemí Cruz ha lamentado la decisión del Gobierno de Moreno Bonilla de incrementar la presión fiscal sobre los agricultores y ganaderos, a través de la actualización de la Ley de Tasas y Precios Públicos que ya ha entrado en vigor. Con esta actualización, el Gobierno de PP y Ciudadanos no sólo incrementa “de manera abusiva” las tasas más habituales que se aplican a la actividad agraria y ganadera, sino que introduce otras de nueva creación, de modo que “obliga a los agricultores y ganaderos a pagar por trámites que hasta ahora eran gratuitos”.
Noemí Cruz ha lamentado la doble cara del Gobierno de Moreno Bonilla, que “dice apoyar al campo almeriense, pero a la hora de la verdad lo único que hace es freírlo a impuestos”.

Como ejemplos, la parlamentaria socialista ha aludido a la obligación de pagar 28,28 euros por la inscripción en el Registro de Explotaciones Ganaderas para explotaciones con menos de diez unidades de ganado mayor o 165,09 euros para explotaciones que superen la decena. En el ámbito de los cultivos, los viticultores, por ejemplo, deberán abonar a partir de ahora una tasa de 186,48 euros para replantar un viñedo.
La normativa, que ha entrado en vigor este año, también contempla una subida de precios en los laboratorios agroalimentarios, que en el caso de las analíticas para el rendimiento graso en aceitunas asciende a 19,11 euros por muestra y para el rendimiento graso de aceitunas más acidez de la misma se sitúa en 25,76 euros, cuando hasta hace menos de veinte días era de 6,50 y 9,45 euros, respectivamente.

IRPF. En los planes de pensiones individuales, el importe desgravable de la base imponible del IRPF baja de 8.000 euros a 2.000 euros. Eliminación de la tributación conjunta. La medida impactaría de lleno en los pensionistas. En un ejemplo para una pareja de jubilados con una pensión de 18.000 euros, la desaparición de la declaración conjunta cuesta 1.034,5 euros al año.
