El objetivo del curso, de 20 horas de duración, era favorecer la integración social y el acceso al mundo laboral a través de la adquisición de habilidades sociales básicas para su promoción laboral y social, facilitándoles los recursos específicos para su formación específica y la obtención de los carnets profesionales de manipulador de alimentos, prevención de riesgos laborales, acompañamiento digital y personal en las distintas empresas de la zona.

En la parte del curso referente al bloque de manipulador de alimentos, impartido por la entidad Engloba, los alumnos han recibido formación sobre alimentos y cadena alimentaria, alteraciones y contaminación de los alimentos, enfermedades de transmisión alimentaria, desinsectación y desratización, limpieza de utensilios e instalaciones y control de plagas, conservación de alimentos y nociones sobre sistemas de autocontrol y normativa.
En el caso de la información sobre prevención de riesgos laborales, impartida por Innova se abordaron todos aquellos aspectos relacionados con lugares y equipos de trabajo, tareas y puestos, y cuales son los principales riesgos y medidas preventivas a adoptar en el puesto de trabajo. Por su parte, el módulo de acompañamiento digital ha sido impartido por Inserta Andalucía y se ha centrado en dotar a los alumnos de las herramientas digitales necesarias para la inscripción en ofertas laborales tanto en almacenes como en semilleros, pues cada vez son más la empresas que se suman a recibir los curriculums o candidaturas a través de sus los correos electrónicos o formularios habilitados en sus páginas webs.

En la última jornada, que ha tenido lugar esta mañana, los alumnos han tenido un acompañamiento presencial para la entrega de CV en diferentes empresas de la zona de Vícar. Este acompañamiento lo llevará a cabo la entidad Movimiento por la Paz (MPDL). Las empresas hortofrutícolas de la zona con las que la entidad MPDL ha contactado han sido Murgiverde, Vicasol e Indasur, cerrando una visita guiada en la empresa Murgiverde, donde han mantenido un encuentro con los directivos de la empresa quienes les han dado respuesta a todas las dudas planteadas.

El Plan Local de Inclusión Social en Zona ERACIS es una iniciativa del Ayuntamiento de Vícar aprobada en Junta de Gobierno dentro de la ‘Estrategia Regional Andaluza para la Cohesión e Inclusión Social – Intervención en Zonas Desfavorecidas’ que está cofinanciada por Fondo Social Europeo en un 80%, y por la Consejería de Políticas Sociales de la Junta de Andalucía, en el 20% restante.
