Desde el acuerdo del pasado verano “ha habido muchas promesas” para iniciar el procedimiento para la carrera profesional, si bien al final nunca se ha materializado, según han explicado. “En Andalucía nuestros profesionales tienen la carrera profesional más complicada de desarrollar de todo el país”, han apuntado, abogando por “un modelo más accesible que les permita poder promocionar en todas las categorías”.
CSIF reclama además que el personal A1 no sanitario, el Cuerpo A4, C1, C2 y E, así como el personal interino, pueda acceder a una carrera profesional “que actualmente se les veta”, además de la promoción profesional de los auxiliares administrativos.
