El PFEA es un programa cofinanciado por la Junta de Andalucía, el Gobierno de España y las Diputaciones provinciales. Este año, la Consejería de Administración Local aporta más de 3,1 millones para 239 proyectos presentados por los ayuntamientos almerienses.

Para el delegado territorial, este programa cumple también un papel fundamental en la creación de empleo en el medio rural. “Las obras que realiza este año el Ayuntamiento de Viator generan 35 puestos de trabajo y en toda Almería se van a generar unos 5.000 empleos gracias al PFEA”, ha destacado.
Delgado ha hecho hincapié en el “compromiso” del Gobierno andaluz, y en especial del vicepresidente, Juan Marín, con el municipalismo, a través del PFEA y de diferentes líneas de ayudas para apoyar a las entidades locales, “que son la administración más próxima al ciudadano y la primera que tiene que hacer frente a las necesidades de los vecinos”.

Además, ha subrayado la importancia de la financiación incondicionada que reciben las entidades locales a través de la Participación en los Tributos de la Comunidad Autónoma (Patrica), y ha recordado que desde 2019, el actual Gobierno andaluz ha incrementado todos los años la partida para ésta, que llevaba congelada desde 2014. La Patrica reportará este año a Viator casi 400.000 euros, “una cantidad muy relevante para el presupuesto municipal”.
