El número 0,0970 será el que resuelva las situaciones de empate que subsistan tras la aplicación del baremo en las solicitudes de admisión correspondientes al procedimiento de escolarización para el curso 2022/23 en los centros públicos y concertados. Éste ha sido el número resultante del sorteo público realizado el 16 de mayo en la sede de la Consejería de Educación y Deporte según establece el decreto que regula el procedimiento y los criterios de admisión del alumnado de todos los niveles educativos no universitarios, con excepción del primer ciclo de Educación Infantil.

Este sorteo solo es de aplicación cuando las solicitudes de admisión superen la oferta de plazas escolares y, tras la aplicación de los criterios del baremo, se produzcan situaciones de empate. En estos casos, los centros elaborarán una relación numerada y ordenada alfabéticamente con estos alumnos y alumnas. Asimismo, se obtendrá un número natural a partir del resultado del sorteo multiplicado por el número total de solicitudes empatadas, eliminando los decimales y sumándole 1. Este número será el que determine el orden a partir del cual se asignen las plazas vacantes.
Una vez celebrado el sorteo público, la normativa que regula el proceso de escolarización establece que los centros deberán publicar el 17 de mayo las resoluciones de admisión.
