El delegado territorial de Educación y Deporte, Antonio Jiménez, también ha participado en la reunión con los coordinadores en Almería de este programa para la orientación, avance y enriquecimiento educativo (PROA+), que pone el foco en cambiar la cultura organizativa para garantizar el éxito escolar de todo el alumnado, con especial atención al que se encuentra en situación de mayor vulnerabilidad.
Proa+ “Transfórmate”
El Proa+ “Transfórmate” se plantea con carácter plurianual (2021-2024) y tiene como objetivo principal mejorar los índices de éxito escolar y garantizar la permanencia del alumnado en aquellos centros públicos de segundo ciclo de Infantil, Primaria, Secundaria Obligatoria, Formación Profesional Básica y enseñanzas postobligatorias de Bachillerato y/o Ciclos Formativos de Grado Medio en los que se concentren un porcentaje elevado de jóvenes en situación de vulnerabilidad socioeducativa.

Los centros reciben para ello recursos económicos y recursos personales como profesionales de Pedagogía Terapeútica y Audición y Lenguaje y se comprometen a elaborar un Plan de Mejora articulado en dos principios básicos, por un lado la Inclusión, entendida como apoyo dentro del aula para todo el alumnado y siempre con un enfoque de máximos y por otro lado, la Participación de la Comunidad Educativa.
Este plan se elabora para 3 tres años y debe contar con todas las voces de la comunidad educativa. Para ello se ofrece desde la Administración Educativa todo un Plan de Actividades Palanca, que cuenta con un catálogo de propuestas para poder desarrollar en los centros y que se llaman así porque tienen la intención de movilizar a todo el centro educativo.

Muchas de estas propuestas están relacionadas con el Proyecto de Comunidades de Aprendizaje, como son los grupos interactivos, las tertulias literarias, la formación de familiares, el trabajo a partir de comisiones con familias y personas del entorno.
