El delegado territorial de la Consejería de Educación y Deporte en Almería, Antonio Jiménez, acompañado por el alcalde de Pechina, Juan Manuel López y el director del Instituto de Enseñanza Secundaria (IES) Puerta de Pechina, Antonio Sánchez, ha visitado la exposición de los trabajos realizados por el alumnado de 2º de Enseñanza Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO), en la asignatura de Historia.

El coordinador del proyecto, Daniel Garófano, que también ha acompañado al delegado, ha explicado que se trata del producto final de una serie de actividades que han ido realizándose a lo largo del curso académico para poder trabajar algunos de los contenidos de la citada asignatura. Los trabajos que se muestran desde principios del mes de junio consisten en murales con los escudos heráldicos de sus apellidos, carteles de las principales obras pictóricas y escultóricas de arte y maquetas en 3 y 4 dimensiones. Además, en cada una de las creaciones hay un código QR que facilita información complementaria.

Antonio Jiménez ha valorado el trabajo realizado como “muy satisfactorio a todos los niveles” y el “aprendizaje, la implicación, el compromiso y la actitud del alumnado que con este tipo de iniciativas trabaja la Historia de una forma teórica pero también práctica”.

Por su parte, el alcalde de Pechina, ha felicitado a todos los agentes implicados en esta propuesta y ha destacado “la importancia de llevar a cabo iniciativas que, como esta, constituyen una herramienta muy enriquecedora para presentar contenidos de historia de una forma diferente”.

Por último, el director del IES Puerta de Pechina ha calificado la experiencia como “magnifica” y ha señalado que el claustro “se vuelca con los proyectos, procurando que todos los alumnos y alumnas participen en ellos”.
