·Mirador calle Poeta Villaespesa: El objetivo es crear un mirador en la coronación de un talud aprovechando la no existencia de edificaciones y que se trata de un punto alto desde dónde se puede divisar parte del valle del Rio Almanzora a su paso por el municipio. Además, se renovará y prolongará el pavimento de la calzada mediante aglomerado asfaltico y la ejecución de un acerado similar al existente en la calle en el margen opuesto al mirador.

·Plaza Cuartel Viejo: Con esta actuación se pretender convertir el solar en una plaza urbana para conseguir un espacio para uso y encuentros para la ciudadanía. Para la ejecución de esta plaza se conservarán también dos niveles físicamente separados mediante una escalera que además de servir como medios de acceso entre ambos también tiene función estética. La plaza estará dotada de jardines y maceteros además de mobiliario urbano como bancos, papeleras, así como de alumbrado público y espacio reservado para la instalación de una futura fuente ornamental no incluida en este proyecto. Se renovará el pavimento de la parte contigua de la calle Travesía del medio mediante adoquines y se dotará de red de saneamiento y abastecimiento.

·Parque infantil en La Noria: Se actuará en una pista deportiva. En dicho recinto, además de la pista, existe una pequeña edificación para uso de vecinos y un espacio pavimentado con hormigón destinado a zona recreativa con mesas, bancos, pérgolas y barbacoas. Formando también parte del citado recinto, por donde se encuentra la puerta que da acceso a la pista, hay una superficie en tierra limitada por un vallado de madera y dotada de árboles que no tiene actualmente ningún uso especifico. Se quiere llevar a cabo la recuperación de esta superficie pavimentándola y para la construcción de un parque infantil que diversifique las opciones de ocio de este recinto.

·Ampliación de plaza. Urbanización La Hispanidad: La idea es crear una plaza ocupando la parte superior de un talud. El pavimento de esta explanada será similar al existente en la calle. Se reconstruirán las escaleras que daban acceso a la calle desde la Avd. América que se han tenido que demoler para la construcción del muro. En la totalidad del ancho transversal de la explanada conseguida, se ejecutará una escalera como medio de acceso desde la calle. Además, para cumplir con los criterios de accesibilidad en la calzada del acceso al garaje anteriormente mencionado se realizará una rampa de acceso para las personas con discapacidad. Esta nueva explanada se le dotará de alumbrado público y elementos de protección con barandillas de acero.

·Contención de talud en calle de Urbanización La Hispanidad. Con esta actuación se quiere corregir esta situación llevando a cabo la construcción de un muro de mampostería de piedra que sirva de contención de la explanada de la calzada consiguiendo una pequeña ampliación. Es esta actuación se contempla la reposición del firme asfaltico de la calzada, la construcción de una nueva acequia y la instalación de un sistema de protección con un vallado en la coronación del muro.
Adecuación calle San Francisco. Su trazado da la vuelta a la manzana a un grupo de edificaciones existentes, hay un tramo sin urbanizar. El objeto de esta actuación es completar la urbanización de la calle San Francisco, mediante la instalación de un colector de saneamiento, red de abastecimiento, canalizaciones de servicio de telefonía, baja tensión y línea de alumbrado público.
