VOX El Ejido exige medidas contra la plaga de palomas en Los Alcores de Almerimar

Muchos vecinos han mostrado su desesperación ante la inacción del gobierno municipal, y más teniendo en cuenta que puede llegar a ser perjudicial para la salud humana provocando hasta 40 tipos de enfermedades distintas

El grupo municipal de VOX en el Ayuntamiento de El Ejido ha pedido al gobierno de la ciudad que tome medidas urgentes ante la plaga de palomas que sufren los vecinos de la zona de Los Alcores, en Almerimar. Los residentes en dicha zona vienen soportando, desde hace ya bastante tiempo, un desarrollo absolutamente incontrolado de una especie animal que anida en sus terrazas o en las cubiertas de sus edificios, donde se reproducen y en ocasiones fallecen.

Las plagas de estas aves suponen un riesgo para la salud humana importante, ya que sus desechos pueden llegar a provocar más de 40 enfermedades y son portadoras de más de 50 ectoparásitos externos que pueden transmitir tanto a las personas como a los animales, como serían las garrapatas, piojos, ácaros o chinches, entre otros. Por ese mismo motivo, los vecinos han trasladado al grupo municipal VOX El Ejido su desesperación por la dejadez del gobierno local justificada en un litigio legal de hace más de 20 años.

Almudena Martínez, concejal de grupo municipal VOX, ha indicado que “a los vecinos no se les da la espalda amparándose en un litigio de más de dos décadas. A los ejidenses que viven en la zona de Los Alcores lo que tiene que hacer el gobierno del alcalde Góngora es garantizarles unas condiciones de salubridad incuestionables”.

Además, Martínez también ha añadido que “parapetarse detrás de un problema para no solucionar otro, que hay que solucionar sin tardar más, es demasiado habitual en el Partido Popular. Ellos están a sus obras, su propaganda con dinero de todos, pero a lo que realmente importa tenemos que estar desde VOX”.
