Cuesta trabajo entender que en unas circunstancias económicas tan extraordinariamente adversas, el Gobierno andaluz ande esquivando permanentemente su responsabilidad a la hora de arbitrar medidas que alivien la situación por la que están pasando la mayor parte de las familias de Andalucía y, muy especialmente, las de nuestra provincia. Y llama aún más la atención si el espejo donde Moreno Bonilla se puede mirar a diario es en el del Gobierno de España, que no ceja en su empeño de amortiguar los efectos de la guerra de Putin sobre los hogares españoles.
Nunca antes se habían enfrentado como hasta ahora estas dos maneras claramente opuestas de gestionar una crisis: la de la derecha, que protege a los poderosos y mira para otro lado ante el sufrimiento de las familias, y la de la izquierda, que atiende las necesidades de la gente y protege y amplía sus derechos.

El escudo social que ha desplegado el Ejecutivo de Pedro Sánchez llega en nuestra provincia a más de 405.000 personas y se traduce en la subida de las pensiones y el salario mínimo, el aumento de las becas, la protección de las personas que viven de alquiler o la renovación del bono social eléctrico, entre otras medidas. Además, los agricultores, ganaderos y transportistas tienen ayudas específicas y todas las familias se están beneficiando de la rebaja del IVA de la factura de la electricidad o de los 20 céntimos de subvención del combustible. Pues ni por esas se da el PP por aludido y pone también de su parte.

Esta semana, los socialistas hemos pedido en el Parlamento al Gobierno andaluz que ponga en marcha de manera inmediata un paquete de medidas que ayude a los andaluces y andaluzas a amortiguar las consecuencias de la inflación, complementando las medidas del Gobierno de España. Teniendo en cuenta que Moreno Bonilla tiene fondos y competencias para hacerlo, solo necesita tener un mínimo de voluntad política para llevarlo a cabo y, esto es importante, ser capaz de ejecutarlo. Porque esa es otra: a estas alturas del año, el 90% del presupuesto andaluz en materia de inversiones se encuentra sin ejecutar.

Suena en estos días un anuncio en la radio que afirma que el producto que publicita es ‘difícil de explicar, pero fácil de entender’. Esta frase, a mi juicio, resume perfectamente lo expuesto a lo largo de este artículo: es muy difícil de explicar por qué el Partido Popular se niega a aprobar medidas que mejoren la vida de los andaluces y andaluzas, pero a la vez es fácil de entender si echamos la vista atrás y recordamos cómo afrontó la derecha la anterior crisis económica y en quiénes recayeron todos los sacrificios.
