Asimismo, ha señalado el Gobierno de la Nación debe respete la legislación autonómica vigente en materia de tributos cedidos, en especial la referida al impuesto de sucesiones y donaciones y al impuesto de patrimonio, así como al tramo autonómico del impuesto de la renta de las personas físicas, de forma que se evite la anunciada armonización fiscal que supone en la práctica la implantación de los mismos o una nueva subida de tributos a los ciudadanos “que en la práctica supone una doble imposición”.

El parlamentario almeriense ha recordado que el espacio de autonomía fiscal que se confiere a los territorios incluye expresamente la figura del impuesto al patrimonio o el de sucesiones, brindando a las comunidades la potestad para modificar o establecer los tipos impositivos. Y ha acusado al Gobierno socialista de actuar por la puerta de atrás “porque para reformar estos tributos hay que convocar la comisión mixta, no hacerlo a través de enmiendas a otra ley para saltarse la Constitución”.
