Los diputados nacionales del Partido Popular de Almería Miguel Ángel Castellón y Juan José Matarí han registrado seis enmiendas a los Presupuestos Generales del Estado 2023 relacionadas con las carreteras de la provincia que suman una inversión de 28,5 millones de euros y con las que se pretende llevar a cabo obras tan reivindicadas por los almerienses como puede ser la supresión de los pasos a nivel en Gádor, para lo que el Gobierno debería destinar según el PP un total de 15 millones de euros.
Castellón ha explicado que Gádor está “partido por la mitad” por las vías del tren, con dos pasos a nivel, uno en el centro del casco histórico y otro a la entrada de la localidad, y que desde el Ayuntamiento gobernado por el PP se ha pedido en numerosas ocasiones su eliminación. Por ello, y ante el olvido del Gobierno de Pedro Sánchez de incluirlo en los presupuestos el PP ha registrado esta enmienda para que sume a las partidas de Almería.

Otra reivindicación que los populares piden que se incluya en los Presupuestos Generales del Estado es que se lleve a cabo una actuación integral de mejora en el Cañarete con una inversión de cinco millones de euros. Miguel Ángel Castellón explica que todo lo que se haga que no suponga un chequeo completo del acantilado, acompañado de los trabajos que sean necesarios por parte de los técnicos, será “un parche y un peligro” porque una vez que se abra al tráfico, en unos cuantos meses volverá a ocurrir lo mismo que ha pasado en otras ocasiones y habrá que volver a cerrar esta vía por culpa de los desprendimientos.

Por supuesto los accesos al Puerto de Almería desde la A-7 es otra reivindicación del PP incluida en sus enmiendas por valor de dos millones de euros. A ella se suma también el acondicionamiento de la N-340 a su paso por Balanegra con un importe de un millón de euros y los accesos a Huércal-Overa por 500.000 euros.

Finalmente, el diputado del PP ha hecho hincapié en la necesidad de que el Gobierno lleve a cabo una actuación integral de reforma del firme de la calzada de la A-7 entre los puntos kilométricos 508 y 514 en el Levante almeriense. Miguel Ángel Castellón lamenta que desde el Ministerio de Transportes hayan hecho caso omiso a las constantes peticiones que los diputados del PP han hecho respecto a este asunto y explica que es “tercermundista” que Almería cuente con una carretera en unas condiciones tan deplorables como las de esta vía.

“Desde el PP instamos a los diputados socialistas a votar a favor de unas enmiendas con las que lo único que pretendemos es mejorar las infraestructuras viarias de nuestra provincia. Esperamos que no se ciñan a los intereses de Pedro Sánchez y que por una vez defiendan los intereses de los almerienses y de una provincia que lamentablemente es una de las grandes olvidadas y perjudicadas por el sanchismo”, concluye.
