El pleno ha aprobado la asunción de la delegación efectuada por los ayuntamientos de María y Fines de la gestión, inspección y recaudación del impuesto sobre el incremento de valor de los terrenos de naturaleza urbana. En total, hay un total de 74 municipios de la provincia tienen cedida la gestión de la Plusvalía a Diputación.
La Corporación Provincial ha aprobado la cesión de un tramo de una carretera provincial en desuso, la antigua ALP-405, al Ayuntamiento de Bayarque. Estos terrenos acogerán un futuro depósito que se va a llevar a cabo para garantizar el agua a todos los vecinos de este municipio del Alto Almanzora.
