En este país de ciegos donde el tuerto es rey, los golpistas llaman “golpe” a hacer una ley. Pero luego se oponen a derogar la ley mordaza igual que se oponen a cuanto pueda suponer algo de avance aunque sea una pequeñísima mejora social, laboral o de cualquier tipo. Hablan, con el mayor descaro y hielo en sus mejillas de “salvar la democracia”, especie para la galería porque no tienen derecho a nombrar esa palabra quienes buscan solamente el beneficio de una clase: la de los super ricos. Quienes impusieron la ley mordaza, la más antidemocrática que hemos sufrido, no tienen derecho a hablar de democracia, aunque el contagio haya alcanzado a todos, pues ahora nadie quiere derogarla, porque la tentación totalitaria alcanza a casi todo el mundo.
Feijoo, a cuya mejilla no suele subir el color como estamos viendo, después de llamar “golpistas” a quien se ha molestado en subir sueldos, en mantener pensiones en mejorar mínimamente el nivel de vida, ahora, cuando el Constitucional anula la votación del Parlamento pide que no se hable de golpe. Quizá la palabra “golpe” se esté utilizando demasiado, pero la mayor responsabilidad es llamar “golpistas” a los demás, lo haga quien lo haga. Un golpe de estado es algo demasiado molesto y peligroso para usarlo tan a la ligera.

Ningún tribunal debería poder decidir qué se puede y qué no se puede votar en el Parlamento, porque eso roza el totalitarismo si no lo supera, e interfiere la labor legislativa. Menos aun encontrándose parte de ese Tribunal fuera de plazo. El descaro es superlativo cuando se dice sin ruborizarse ”que se relaje la escalada verbal” después de haber hasta abusado del insulto. Y esto es válido para cuantos lo hacen aunque, justo es reconocerlo, “unos” han superado a otros también en esto. Todavía esos jueces caducados en el puesto que siguen ocupando, tienen otra responsabilidad: la de seguir actuando fuera de plazo. Su credibilidad se resquebraja por mantenerse en el puesto y, peor aún, empeñarse en continuar.

Los jueces han hallado un resquicio por dónde aplazar la renovación de los tribunales y con ello la terminación de su propio tiempo en el propio Tribunal del que ya no deberían formar parte. Han sido juez y parte y la limpieza de la democracia requiere absoluta pulcritud por parte de todos los estamentos del Estado. De todos Si es cierto que la reforma se debía haber hecho de otra forma, también lo es que eso lo dicen quienes ya no deberían estar en ese Tribunal. Quienes se permiten hablar de “pisotear derechos fundamentales”, como ha hecho Cuca Gamarra, deberían mirar hacia dentro para salvar su dignidad y su credibilidad, porque fundamental es que el Parlamento haga leyes, no puede ser un derecho fundamental maniobrar para impedir o seguir aplazando la renovación de los tribunales, de acuerdo con la legalidad. ¿Qué “alternativa constitucionalista” pueden argumentar estos elementos mientras no respeten la Constitución hasta sus últimas consecuencias? Ni la ley mordaza, ni la oposición a cualquier mejora por ínfima que pueda ser, ni mantener en sus puestos a ciertos jueces porque son favorables al PP en sus decisiones son una “alternativa constitucionalista”, sino precisamente pisotear los derechos fundamentales, eso de que la portavoz acusaba a sus enemigos políticos.

Los tribunales, en este país de ciegos no son el tuerto aunque parecen querer serlo, son más bien el “listo” que ha cogido apego al cargo. Y si la dimisión es algo impensable en la política española, parece que cumplir los plazos comprometidos y legales no es un “vicio”, ni una norma para algunos. Lo peor es que todavía hay gente que defiende a unos y a otros, pero los defiende porque necesita argumentar a favor del partido que goza de sus simpatías. Y eso es todavía más grave.
