El Ayuntamiento de Berja comenzará en los próximos días las obras de reparación de varias zonas de la cubierta del comedor y la cocina del CEIP San Tesifón donde han aparecido humedades.
Los trabajos, en los que se invertirán 7.243 euros, consistirán en impermeabilizar las zonas afectadas por las humedades con lámina asfáltica autoprotegida limpiando la franja y aplicando una imprimación con emulsión bituminosa.

Las obras contemplan la limpieza de toda la superficie de la cubierta, incluyendo eliminación de hierbas, raíces, depósitos de tierras y especialmente las cazoletas y sumideros. Las zonas donde se aplicará la nueva impermeabilización se limpiarán en más profundidad para eliminar la suciedad existente.
