El Pleno Aprueba También Una Propuesta De Alcaldía Para La Conexión De Agua Desalada Con Ese Núcleo
El Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Vícar ha dado luz verde esta mañana a una Modificación Puntual del Plan Parcial de la Envía Golf del PGOU de Vícar, promovido por el Ayuntamiento de Vícar, a instancias de un particular, con el que se autorizará a la apertura de establecimientos comerciales en este barrio del municipio. Se trata de una demanda largamente solicitada por los vecinos de la zona y sobre la que el Ayuntamiento de Vícar ya venía trabajando desde hace años. La iniciativa ha conseguido el respaldo mayoritario de los distintos grupos municipales que la han aprobado por unanimidad. La modificación incluye también la autorización para crear en el núcleo de La Envía de edificaciones de uso comunitario, como residencias de deportistas, de estudiantes, o de personas mayores.

Este sector de planeamiento del municipio de Vícar nació alejado de su núcleo principal como uso de un deporte puntero, el golf, con un campo de 18 hoyos. Con el paso del tiempo y el crecimiento de las familias, sus habitantes se han ido estableciendo allí, demandando la apertura de pequeños comercios para la adquisición de primeros auxilios de alimentación, ocio, evasión, o sanitarios.
Según señaló el alcalde durante el debate de este punto, “siempre tuve claro que este momento llegaría, pero no todo el mundo estaba de acuerdo”. Abundando en ello, la portavoz municipal, Luz María Fernández, indicó que “era un compromiso del alcalde con los vecinos, que ahora por fin se va a materializar”.

También con referencia a La Envía, el Pleno aprobó una propuesta de Alcaldía para la conexión de dicho núcleo al agua procedente de la Planta Desaladora, una medida que permitirá garantizar el suministro de agua potable a La Envía y, que, por otro lado, servirá para preservar el castigado acuífero del Poniente al mismo tiempo que se actúa con la previsión necesaria ante una eventual caída de los parámetros de calidad del agua en el pozo del que se extrae en la actualidad, o sencillamente de su cantidad.

Durante el Pleno se aprobaron diversas mociones presentadas por los grupos políticos, entre las aprobadas por el Pleno destacan la presentada por el Grupo Municipal de Vox, para la creación de un parque para perros, la instalación de varios Pipican en el municipio y la construcción de una pista de Agility para perros. Igualmente, se acordó solicitar a través de las Hermandades de Semana Santa y de las Parroquias y consiliarios del municipio, que la Legión procesione en Vícar durante su Semana Santa. Por último, se aprobó solicitar a la Junta de Andalucía la creación en el municipio de un Centro de Día para favorecer la atención especializada para jóvenes con discapacidad intelectual, cuyas familias se siente desatendidas una vez que al cumplir 21 años finaliza su periodo de atención en los centros educativos.
