Es una de las cifras más bajas de Andalucía
Los datos de registro de agresiones del Servicio Andaluz de Salud (SAS) arrojan una cifra de 1.494 agresiones durante todo el año 2022, cifra muy similar a 2019, antes del covid, cuando se registraron 1.507. No obstante, debido al crecimiento de la plantilla de la sanidad pública andaluza, con casi 30.000 profesionales más, ha hecho que la tasa por cada mil profesionales haya caído del 14,6 al 12,32.

De las 1.494 agresiones, 259 han sido físicas, 30 menos que en 2019. Respecto al personal agredido, aproximadamente el 78,38% de las agresiones registradas entre enero y diciembre 2022 se producen entre el personal sanitario, y el 21,61% en personal gestión y servicios. Alrededor del 18% de las agresiones sufridas por sanitarios son físicas y en el caso del personal de gestión y servicios, el porcentaje es del 14,86%. Por otro lado, resulta llamativo que del total de agresiones, 1.065 sean a mujeres. Así, del 73,27% de las agresiones registradas en el personal sanitario son mujeres las agredidas (858). En el caso del personal de gestión y servicios, el porcentaje baja al 64,08%, aunque representa a 207 mujeres.
Por provincias, Sevilla (304) Málaga (268), y Cádiz (259) son las provincias donde mayor número de agresiones se han registrado. Estas tres provincias acumulan el 55,62% de todas las agresiones recogidas en el SAS en este periodo. Jaén (122) y Córdoba (133) son las provincias donde menos agresiones se han registrado. Todos estos datos y más detalles sobre agresiones se han trasladado a los sindicatos en una mesa técnica específica que se ha celebrado hoy.

En el caso de Almería, en 2019 fueron 87 las agresiones, en 2020 bajó a 70, en 2021 eran 87, y en 2022 alcanzaron los 127.
Por otro lado, tal y como se trasladó en el mes de noviembre a las organizaciones sindicales en la Mesa Técnica de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales del SAS, tal y como establece el Plan de Prevención y Atención frente a agresiones de la Consejería de Salud y Consumo, del Servicio Andaluz de Salud (SAS), las agresiones de usuarios con trastorno psiquiátrico/psicológico o de aquellos que sufren algún tipo deterioro cognitivo, se registrarán de forma diferenciada para poder hacer un análisis más específico de dichos incidentes y poner en marcha medidas de prevención y protección acordes a la naturaleza y peculiaridades de éstas.

Este plan de agresiones incorporó como novedad un programa especial de acompañamiento al profesional agredido y un profesional con formación específica que ejerce como guía en la prevención de agresiones y actuación ante las mismas.
Esta figura del profesional guía tiene el objetivo de acompañar, asesorar en los trámites y dar apoyo al trabajador que sufre una agresión. Cada centro, en función de sus características e incidencia de agresiones, está implantando esta figura.

El plan habilita también canales ágiles y rápidos para que la persona que sufre una agresión ya sea verbal o física, no esté sola momentos después de ser agredida. Además, se facilita atención psicológica durante el tiempo que sea necesario.

El Plan ha venido también a reforzar las medidas de seguridad en los centros sanitarios y las condiciones de seguridad en los lugares de trabajo. Igualmente, el plan mejora la coordinación entre los interlocutores policiales territoriales sanitarios, los interlocutores sanitarios, los directivos de los centros y las asesorías jurídicas provinciales que también se reforzarán.

El Plan integra las aportaciones de un grupo de trabajo creado por la Consejería de Salud y Consumo y en el que han participado los agentes sociales, asociaciones de pacientes, letrados de la Administración Sanitaria y Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado.
Medidas de seguridad
Actualmente, los centros sanitarios andaluces cuentan con más de 45.000 elementos de seguridad de distinto tipo, entre los que destacan: 3.973 cámaras de seguridad, 5.489 timbres en consulta, 1.142 consultas comunicadas con interfonos, 14.396 teléfonos en consultas, 3.744 salidas alternativas o 14.425 terminales en puestos de trabajo en consultas con el software antipánico instalado.
