El parlamentario autonómico por el PSOE de Almería José Luis Sánchez Teruel ha inducido a la consejera de Fomento a cumplir con lo prometido a la provincia de Almería para ejecutar la parte que le corresponde a la Junta de Andalucía del soterramiento de las vías del tren a su paso por la capital. A día de hoy, ha expresado el diputado andaluz socialista, “cuando todo está dispuesto para licitar el soterramiento en la ciudad de Almería, el Ejecutivo del PP andaluz no puede acreditar con documentos su aportación económica, de unos 44 millones, a la Sociedad Almería Alta Velocidad” tal y como se acordó en el Consejo de Gobierno.

“En el momento decisivo, cuando hay que licitar las obras valoradas en 237 millones, el Gobierno de Moreno Bonilla no tiene los deberes hechos”, ha lamentado. Para Sánchez Teruel, el PP muestra su ‘almeriensismo’ “de boquilla”, con “muchas declaraciones públicas” cuando, la realidad, es que “les ha pillado el toro y no pueden exhibir un documento que acredite que tienen fiscalizados o concedidos los fondos de la aportación”.
Sánchez Teruel ha pedido a la consejera que “vuelva al consenso” y que aporte la financiación “a la que se habían comprometido” y, sobre todo, que no “niegue a los almerienses los fondos europeos que sí ponen para otras obras en otras provincias”, como ha ocurrido en Sevilla o Málaga. “Hagan sus deberes, aunque sea tarde y no paralicen más una obra histórica para Almería”, ha alentado al PP regional a quien ha recordado que su partido ya paralizó las obras del AVE durante el Gobierno de Mariano Rajaoy cuando se tapiaron los túneles de Sorbas y se eliminó la doble vía “haciendo que Almería sea la única provincia de España con un AVE sin doble vía”. “No paren ahora, en tiempo de Juanma Moreno, el soterramiento”, ha insistido.

El consenso que ha roto recientemente la Junta de Andalucía en torno al soterramiento en Almería se suscribió en 2010, con el Gobierno de Zapatero, y se ratificó en 2014 con Mariano Rajoy; y todas las partes han continuado en la misma vía hasta hace 15 días cuando “se han firmado 4 adendas al acuerdo marco, que han permitido avanzar, como usted comprobó en la inauguración de la primera fase”. Pero es que hace 15 días, la Junta de Moreno Bonilla, “al no poder acreditar que dispone de los fondos que tenía que aportar, según lo acordado en 2010 con el Gobierno de España del PSOE y en 2014 con el Gobierno de España del PP, justo en el momento decisivo de la licitación de la obra valorada en 237 millones, plantea hacer otra cosa”.

Según ha trasladado Sánchez Teruel esta mañana en el Parlamento Andaluz, lo que la Junta quiere ahora es “ejecutar la obra para la estación de autobuses y el parking con fondos europeos que tienen que pedir, desentendiéndose de la obra ferroviaria”. Esta propuesta, a juicio del parlamentario socialista, demuestra que el Gobierno de Moreno Bonilla “no pone ni tiene fondos propios para invertir en Almería” afeándole que “sí los ponen para obras en otras provincias”. Asimismo, considera que el PP “lo fía todo a los fondos FEDER que se tienen que solicitar, que no están asignados y que no pueden aportar a la Sociedad Almería Alta Velocidad para licitar el soterramiento, porque esos fondos no pueden financiar obra ferroviaria” al tiempo que califica la nueva propuesta del Ejecutivo andaluz como “improvisada y desesperada, que ni en el PITMA aprobado hace 3 meses la contempla”.
