El Conservatorio Profesional de Música también fue escenario el jueves, día 9, de un recital de cuerda con Jeju Hamduk Soloists (Corea del Sur). También el domingo se celebró el concierto Mozart Al Piano con Camerata Diesis & Piano Cantábile Group (Corea del Sur) en la sala de la Escuela Municipal de Música y Artes de Almería (EMMA).

El festival seguirá desarrollándose hasta el próximo 16 de marzo. La próxima convocatoria será este domingo, 19 de febrero, a las 12.00 horas y en el Teatro Apolo bajo el título ‘Orquesta y Grandes Solistas I’. Contará con la dirección de Giovanni Ferrauto (Italia) y el solista de violonchelo Benetto Munzone (Italia).
El festival está organizado por Academia Diesis y CMS Vienna, con el patrocinio del Área de Cultura del Ayuntamiento de Almería, la Universidad de Almería, la Asociación Filarmónica de Almería y Grupo Cosentino y reúne en la ciudad a algunos de los mejores solistas y directores de orquestas y bandas de música clásica en una programación que aúna formación especializada, concurso de intérpretes y también grandes recitales abiertos al gran público, de entrada libre hasta completar aforo.

Las actividades se desarrollan en espacios como el Real Conservatorio Profesional de Música, la Universidad de Almería, la sala EMMA de la Escuela Municipal de Música y Artes, en el Teatro Apolo y en el Auditorio Municipal Maestro Padilla. Tanto el jurado del concurso de interpretación, como los maestros profesores e intérpretes del festival provienen de países como Italia, Holanda, Francia, Polonia, Alemania y Corea del Sur, además de España.
