El PSOE de Susana Díaz otorgó un "beneficio ilícito" a una mercantil que rondaba los 166 millones de euros
El secretario general del PSOE de Andalucía ha denunciado hoy que la Junta de Andalucía gastó en 2022 un 20% más en los conciertos con la sanidad privada, a los que destinó 111 millones más de lo presupuestado inicialmente. Espadas, que ha subrayado que la sanidad pública “no se puede privatizar”, ha asegurado que “vamos al modelo de Madrid”. “¿Por qué pagar 16 veces más por una consulta privada en vez de emplear esos recursos en la sanidad pública?” se ha cuestionado. “Defendemos que los recursos públicos vayan a la sanidad pública”, ha insistido.

“Es un mal año para Andalucía, lejos de la imagen bucólica de que vamos como un tiro de Moreno Bonilla”, ha asegurado Espadas, para quien, además, “los datos son los que son, mucho sin ejecutarse y fondos europeos sin emplear”.
Lo que hizo el PSOE
La Agencia de la Competencia criticó en 2018 duramente a la Junta por permitir que la empresa privada Pascual monopolice la atención sanitaria en algunas zonas de Andalucía durante los últimos veinte años. Esta empresa ha sido denunciada por monopolio y prácticas abusivas, y se le ha acusado de obtener un beneficio ilícito de 164 millones de euros. La Junta ha convalidado esta situación al firmarle un nuevo concierto que le otorga un beneficio anual de 34 millones de euros.
En este sentido, ha denunciado, también, que “se han quedado en los cajones 3.300 millones de euros en Andalucía, dejando de generar empleo y no hemos podido aportar a la economía lo que debía si se hubiera invertido”. Así, ha asegurado, “una de cada tres actuaciones previstas no se ha ejecutado”. Sin embargo, ha criticado, “sí se ha ejecutado al 95% la partida de publicidad y propaganda”, lo que ha calificado como algo que “es muy llamativo”.

El secretario general de los socialistas andaluces ha destacado, también, que hay 435 millones sin ejecutar en infraestructuras educativas.
Espadas, que ha visitado hoy en Almería la sede de la ONCE, ha señalado que su proyecto social es ejemplo en el país, en Andalucía y Almería. Y ha explicado que durante la reunion mantenida se han analizado sus aportaciones en inserción laboral y formación, además de otras aportaciones transversales. “Hemos visto como poder ser constructivos desde la política y avanzar en nuestro compromiso, contando con entidades como esta para fomentar inserción”, ha destacado.

Por ultimo, Espadas ha criticado que durante la primera reunión de la Comisión de Discapacidad, celebrada ayer, el PP rechazó la propuesta socialista para que no subieran los precios de las plazas en residencias a personas con discapacidad. Es “una injusticia”, ha dicho, con pensionistas y personas con discapacidad en Andalucía. “Esperábamos sensibilidad de Moreno Bonilla”, ha indicado el secretario general del PSOE andaluz, que ha puesto de manifiesto cómo el Gobierno central ha aumentado las pensiones “y ahora una parte de su subida va a pagar más a la Junta por el precio de su plaza en las residencias”.

Espadas ha exigido al presidente de la Junta que reflexione para que no se produzca un sobrecoste en las residencias. “No ha valorado lo que supone”, ha asegurado Espadas, quien ha subrayado que “no puede ser que Gobierno suba las pensiones para que la Junta se ahorre ahora una parte del coste de la plaza de residencias a costa del usuario”.
