El parlamentario autonómico por el PSOE de Almería José Luis Sánchez Teruel ha afeado al Gobierno andaluz que silencie las denuncias de la comunidad educativa del colegio de Educación Especial Princesa Sofía relativas a la carencia de un médico en este centro durante más de un mes, algo que incumple la normativa vigente y que ha ocasionado, según los afectados, graves perjuicios para docentes, familiares y, sobre todo, para el alumnado.
Según ha trasladado esta mañana en la Comisión de Control de la RTVA el diputado andaluz, la presidenta del AMPA de este centro se puso en contacto con el programa Andalucía Directo hace tres semanas para que se hicieran eco de la situación que vive el centro, “una situación de la Andalucía real que tiene problemas”, ha señalado Sánchez Teruel y ha ahondado en que las circunstancias son que los 126 menores que estudian en este centro público “necesitan de la presencia de un médico durante el horario escolar por los graves trastornos que sufren”.

“Las familias, necesitaban denunciar públicamente la situación real, de especial gravedad y que se ha convertido en una auténtica temeridad como es tener sin médico en el centro a menores muy vulnerables que toman medicación durante el horario lectivo, con botones gástricos y bombas de oxígeno, que sufren crisis epilépticas, ausencia y atragantamientos, entre otros colapsos durante el tiempo que están en el centro”, ha descrito. Sin embargo, y lamentablemente, “no obtuvieron una respuesta por parte del programa” ni en ese momento ni a la semana siguiente cuando volvieron a contactar.

“Hace unos días, cuando llevaban los chicos y chicas del Princesa Sofía un mes sin médico, hemos visto en el programa un desayuno andaluz en un colegio con motivo del Carnaval, con lo cual entendemos que ir a un colegio no debe ser un problema, y también hemos visto en las emisiones de 2023 problemas de orden público o de tráfico, con lo cual entendemos que contar problemas tampoco es un problema”, ha sostenido el parlamentario socialista quien, al hilo de esto, ha preguntado al director general de la RTVA esta mañana “cuál es el problema para que el AMPA no pueda contar su situación en la cadena de todos los andaluces y andaluzas”.

En ese sentido, Sánchez Teruel considera que, en realidad, se trata de silenciar los problemas que ha de solucionar el Gobierno Andaluz. “Si los problemas que tiene la Andalucía real le corresponde solucionarlos al Ejecutivo de Moreno Bonilla, esos problemas no salen en Canal Sur; en este caso así es y aquí tienen los WhatsApp enviados por el AMPA”, ha lamentado. Sin embargo, ha dicho, “si es un problema con un alcalde que no es del PP o es el Gobierno de España quién recibe la queja o la crítica, sí sale”.
