El PSOE de Granada y de Almería han anunciado una batería de iniciativas en el Parlamento andaluz, diputaciones provinciales de Granada y Almería y en los ayuntamientos de las comarcas afectadas para reclamar a la Junta de Andalucía la terminación de la autovía del Almanzora hasta Baza, tal cual estaba previsto.
Las y los socialistas granadinos y almerienses también van a solicitar al presidente Moreno Bonilla una reunión en la que se pretende que “dé tranquilidad y se comprometa con el proyecto original”, es decir autovía completa hasta el municipio bastetano.

Tras mantener un encuentro en el que han participado representantes de Asociación de Ganaderos, Agricultores y Productores de Andalucía Oriental (Agapro), la Asociación de Turismo del Altiplano y representantes locales socialistas de la zona como Baza, Benamaurel, Cortes de Baza, Cúllar, Freila y Zújar, el secretario general del PSOE de Granada, Pepe Entrena, y el secretario general del PSOE de Almería, Juan Antonio Lorenzo, han pedido al Gobierno andaluz que “se deje de ambigüedades y que reconozca que hay que terminar la autovía del Almanzora tal y como se diseñó”.
“La Junta debe dedicar inversiones públicas hasta el horizonte de 2030. Un marco ideal para que nos encontremos la autovía finalizada desde Fines hasta Baza, que es lo que queda pendiente”, ha subrayado el secretario general del PSOE de Granada, Pepe Entrena.

Entrena ha dicho “no entender la actitud de la consejera de Fomento, Articulación del Territorio y Vivienda, que ahora compromete el futuro de la autovía a un estudio de viabilidad cuando no hace mucho, pancarta en mano, no dudó en reclamar esta infraestructura tan necesaria para esta zona y, ahora especialmente, para el desarrollo de sectores tan importantes como la agricultura y la ganadería, el turismo y las energías renovables”.
“Mucho nos tememos que el estudio de viabilidad sea la excusa para descartar la construcción completa de esta autovía, algo a los que las y los socialistas nos oponemos”, ha remarcado.

Por su parte, el secretario general del PSOE de Almería, Juan Antonio Lorenzo, ha indicado que es un “proyecto común de reivindicación de las y los socialistas almerienses y granadinos”.
“En reiteradas ocasiones hemos incidido en que esta autovía es muy necesaria y a partir de ahora pasamos a la acción con la planificación de una serie de cuestiones con la intención de que el Gobierno andaluz preste su sensibilidad a la culminación de la A-334 como autovía”, ha expuesto.
