La liquidación del presupuesto de 2022 arroja un saldo de ejecución presupuestaria del 97% invirtiendo 105 de los 111 millones presupuestados, ha explicado Gabriel Amat
El Ayuntamiento de Roquetas de Mar ha celebrado sesión extraordinaria de Pleno y, en el transcurso del mismo, se ha dado cuenta de que la gestión del equipo de Gobierno ha dejado a cero la deuda municipal. Algunas partidas presupuestadas que iban a financiarse con un préstamo, ahora serán pagadas con el remanente de tesorería, después de haber hecho frente a un crédito a largo plazo que estaba pendiente y cuyo importe era de 5.383.000 euros. Ahora se deben “cero euros”, tal y como ha expuesto durante la sesión el portavoz del Grupo Popular, José Juan Rodríguez.

Gracias a esta operación, el Ayuntamiento de Roquetas ahorra 350.000 euros y se retiran del préstamo inversiones que estaba previsto realizar con ese crédito. Eso ha sido posible porque el remanente de Tesorería resultante de la liquidación del Presupuesto de 2022 asciende a más de 59 millones de euros.
El alcalde, Gabriel Amat, durante su intervención, ha explicado que el Ayuntamiento de Roquetas lleva “muchos años sin tocar los impuestos, para que el dinero esté en el bolsillo de los ciudadanos”. “Quitamos préstamos y pedimos créditos para inversiones, algo que se lleva haciendo desde hace muchos años”, ha dicho, añadiendo que “aumentan las partidas para inversión porque hay remanente”. Para concluir ha apuntado que el ayuntamiento es “una empresa de servicios” que ahorra dinero a sus ciudadanos.

Con respecto al presupuesto de 2022, el equipo de Gobierno ha asegurado que el grado de ejecución es “casi el 100%”. El presupuesto era de 111 millones de euros y el gasto fue de 105.668.000 euros. La inversión real ha sido de 71.618.000 euros, por lo que “se ha cumplido fielmente con lo presupuestado y se han ejecutado los presupuestos”. “Trabajamos siempre pensando en los intereses de los ciudadanos”, ha sentenciado Amat. El grado de ejecución del presupuesto del pasado año es del 97%.

El alcalde de Roquetas de Mar ha recordado que el 19 de junio de 1995 el ayuntamiento tenía 67 millones de pesetas y necesitaba prácticamente el doble sólo para pagar las nóminas y una deuda de 6.500 millones, “un ayuntamiento en quiebra”, ha dicho Amat, quien se ha mostrado orgulloso del que “gracias al trabajo realizado por el equipo de Gobierno la deuda esté a cero y el ayuntamiento esté saneado y sea de los más inversores de Andalucía, sin haber subido desde 2003 ningún impuesto municipal”.
