El Programa ‘Senderos 2023’ de la Diputación Provincial de Almería ha regresado un año más con el firme objetivo de acercar el deporte y la naturaleza a todos los almerienses. El diputado de Deportes y Juventud, José Antonio García, ha presentado los 17 senderos en abierto que se suman a los más de 70 actividades que se van a ofertar a los ayuntamientos de la provincia de Almería para facilitar el acceso a esta actividad a los vecinos, vivan en el municipio que vivan.
García ha estado acompañado por el alcalde de Dalías, Francisco Lirola, así como el teniente de alcalde de Turrillas, José Antonio Segura, como representantes de los municipios que inauguran el programa, y el responsable de la empresa que coordina los senderos: Kúspide (Néstor Waisen).

La programación se va a extender desde el mes de marzo hasta diciembre con senderos de iniciación o familiares y otros dedicados a quienes buscan la asunción de retos deportivos. El diputado provincial ha destacado la importancia de un programa que pretende cumplir distintos objetivos que se ha marcado la Diputación Provincial de Almería: “Fomentar la actividad deportiva al aire libre y poner en valor los recursos turísticos y deportivos que tiene la provincia de Almería. Senderos 2023 ofrece un abanico de posibilidades muy amplio porque están a cualquier tipo de condición física porque hay tanto sendero utilización sendero, familiares como sendero de cicuta media y alta”García ha asegurado que este circuito define claramente la diversidad y la singularidad de la provincia de Almería tanto con circuitos a pie de mar, como de alta montaña o los que recorren el Parque Natural Cabo de Gata Níjar. El alcalde de Dalías, Francisco Lirola, ha agradecido a la Institución Provincial la inclusión del sendero circular de la Sierra de Gádor dentro de este programa: “es un honor que nuestro municipio forme parte del magnífico circuito de senderos de la provincia y destaque en un cartel en el que descubriremos auténticas joyas, por eso será todo un honor convertirnos en anfitriones y mostrar a todos los visitantes los encantos y bondades de Dalías y de nuestra impresionante Sierra de Gádor”.

Por su parte, el responsable de Kúspide, Néstor Waisen, ha explicado que estos 17 senderos abiertos al público están divididos en dos grados de dificultad. Todas las rutas van a estar guiadas por técnicos deportivos especializados en montaña y los más complejos llevan un coche de apoyo, así como el apoyo de Protección Civil.
