El Juzgado de los Social nº1 de Granada ha obligado a Correos a trasladar a una cartera con destino en Baza hasta Almería para poder atender a su padre de 86 años con una dependencia en grado II.

Para el responsable del Sindicato SIPCTE en Almería Francisco Sabio, se trata de “otro varapalo judicial para Correos y un nuevo argumento para los trabajadores que se encuentran en una situación similar a esta compañera” añade Sabio que “esta sentencia sienta un precedente sobre los derechos del personal de Correos, que a partir de ahora no tienen por qué esperar al concurso de traslados en el caso de que necesiten conciliar su vida laboral con la familiar”.
