Un hombre se enfrenta a una petición de cuatro años y medio de prisión por golpear con una botella de vidrio en la cara a otro hombre, al que causó la pérdida de un diente y la fractura del tabique nasal, tras una discusión en una calle de Campohermoso, en Níjar.

El acusado está acusado de un delito de lesiones recogido en el artículo 150 del Código Penal, que prevé hasta seis años de cárcel para quien causare a otro la pérdida o inutilidad de un órgano o miembro no principal o la deformidad del mismo.
Los hechos ocurrieron en la madrugada del 12 de agosto de 2018, cuando el acusado entabló una discusión con un compatriota que acababa de conocer esa misma noche y le propinó varios golpes con una botella de cristal que portaba.

La víctima necesitó tratamiento médico-quirúrgico y estuvo incapacitada durante 15 días. Además de la pena privativa de libertad, la Fiscalía también solicita seis años de alejamiento de la víctima a una distancia mínima de 500 metros. El juicio tendrá lugar este martes en la Audiencia Provincial de Almería.
