El sindicato, que ha protagonizado desde abril más de una treintena de concentraciones en toda Andalucía contra la falta sistemática de contrataciones, exige un plan de contingencias para cubrir las ausencias justificadas del personal
CSIF, primera fuerza sindical multiprofesional del Servicio Andaluz de Salud, ha elevado a la Inspección de Trabajo sendas denuncias desde las uniones provinciales del sindicato, incluida Almería, contra las respectivas delegaciones territoriales de Salud y Consumo de la Junta por la nula contratación para cubrir las ausencias justificadas de profesionales de las distintas categorías del SAS, como por ejemplo vacaciones, permisos reglamentarios o bajas por incapacidad temporal.

Asimismo, la central sindical augura “un verano complejo y duro en los centros sanitarios, con escasas suplencias y plantillas bajo mínimos” y lamenta la falta de información a los representantes de los trabajadores y trabajadoras sobre los planes de contratación de la Administración sanitaria para el periodo estival.
El Sector de Sanidad de CSIF ha recordado que el sindicato inició el pasado mes de abril una campaña informativa y reivindicativa bajo el lema ‘No más zuecos vacíos’, con la que pretendía denunciar la falta de contrataciones por parte del SAS para la cobertura de las ausencias de profesionales.

A través de dicha campaña, CSIF ha protagonizado más de una treintena de concentraciones en centros sanitarios de toda Andalucía –tanto de Primaria como hospitales—para poner de relieve “la imperiosa necesidad de contratación que existe en muchos centros sanitarios de la comunidad autónoma, en los que sistemáticamente no se sustituye a los profesionales, con lo que es el resto del personal el que tiene que asumir estos huecos sin cubrir, con la consecuente carga de trabajo adicional”. En el caso de la provincia de Almería se han llevado a cabo estas movilizaciones en el centro de salud de Ciudad Jardín y Cruz de Caravaca, en el Hospital Universitario Torrecárdenas, en el Hospital de Poniente y en el Centro Periférico de Especialidades Bola Azul.
Desde CSIF han detallado que “el porcentaje de contrataciones para cubrir las bajas y los permisos es muy bajo y no llega a veces ni al 10%, con lo que ni siquiera llega a cubrirse una de cada diez ausencias, y no en todas las categorías, lo que deriva en terribles consecuencias para las plantillas de los centros, que asumen la prestación de un servicio a la ciudadanía con un personal mermado al extremo y la consecuente sobrecarga laboral y estrés físico y psicológico”.

Ante la nula respuesta de le la Administración a la reivindicación de contrataciones, CSIF ha recurrido a la Inspección de Trabajo para denunciar esta situación, que incrementa sustancialmente la exposición a los distintos factores de riesgo que existen –psicosociales, ergonómicos, biológicos, físicos o químicos, entre otros-- a los trabajadores y trabajadoras.

CSIF Sanidad recuerda que el SAS debe garantizar la seguridad y salud de su plantilla, por lo que “es urgentísimo contar con un plan de contingencia que permita cubrir estas ausencias justificadas de manera efectiva y así poder eliminar o minimizar los riesgos a los que se enfrenta su personal” –según reza la denuncia presentada por el sindicato ante la Inspección de Trabajo--. Además, dicho plan de contingencia combatiría también pérdida de calidad en la atención a la ciudadanía que se deriva directamente de la falta de cobertura de ausencias de profesionales.
