Más de 100 vehículos se exhiben en San Juan de los Terreros en la tradicional “Quedada de vehículos antiguos”

San Juan de los Terreros fue sede ayer de la IV Edición de la “Quedada de vehículos antiguos” que da el pistoletazo de salida a las actividades de verano en el municipio, y en la que este año han participado más de 100 vehículos procedentes de Almería y Murcia.

La jornada, organizada por la Asociación de Turismo "Isla de Terreros", con la colaboración del Ayuntamiento de Pulpí, dio comienzo en la explanada del paseo marítimo de San Juan de los Terreros, donde a primera hora de la mañana los participantes llegaron para realizar sus correspondientes inscripciones, y recibir souvenires por parte de las distintas empresas locales que han colaborado en el evento, donando sus productos y artículos que fueron entregados durante el tradicional sorteo entre todos los inscritos.

El alcalde de Pulpí, Juan Pedro García y el edil de Turismo del Ayuntamiento de Pulpí, Juan Bautista López, fueron los encargados de hacer entrega de los 9 premios elegidos por el jurado, y que también fueron donados por miembros de la Asociación de Turismo. Premio al coche clásico, al coche antiguo, al más lejano, a la moto más antigua, al vehículo más elegante, al más valioso, al más original, al coche fuera de categoría y al club más numeroso, fueron los premios entregados entre todos los participantes.

Ya para finalizar, los vehículos dieron un paseo por San Juan de los Terreros, desde Mar de Pulpí, hasta el Castillo.
