El PSOE se ha mostrado esquivo y evasivo ante dos cuestiones clave que le han planteado sus rivales políticos en los debates electorales de esta semana. Tanto en el cara a cara entre Alberto Núñez Feijóo y Pedro Sánchez, en Atresmedia, como en el debate de portavoces del jueves en RTVE, en el que participaron Cuca Gamarra por el PP y Patxi López por el PSOE, los socialistas no han querido dar respuesta a dos preguntas que afectan directamente a la credibilidad de su proyecto y a la estabilidad del país.

La primera pregunta tiene que ver con la situación laboral de los trabajadores fijos discontinuos, es decir, aquellos que tienen un contrato indefinido pero que solo trabajan durante una parte del año. Feijóo le preguntó a Sánchez cuántos de estos trabajadores están realmente trabajando y cuántos están en el paro, ya que el PSOE presume de haber creado empleo con su reforma laboral. Sin embargo, Sánchez no supo o no quiso dar una cifra concreta, y se limitó a decir que el Gobierno ha protegido a estos trabajadores. Lo mismo hizo Patxi López cuando Gamarra le repitió la pregunta en el debate de RTVE. ¿Por qué el PSOE no aclara cuántos fijos discontinuos hay y cuál es su situación real?

La segunda pregunta tiene que ver con la gobernabilidad del país tras las elecciones del 23J. Feijóo le propuso a Sánchez un pacto para que quien gane las elecciones sea investido automáticamente, sin depender de los apoyos de otros partidos. Sánchez y López rechazaron de plano esta propuesta, y acusaron al PP de querer gobernar sin mayoría. Sin embargo, esta actitud resulta contradictoria con la confianza que el PSOE dice tener en las encuestas del CIS, que son las únicas que le dan como ganador. Si Sánchez se cree la encuesta del CIS, ¿por qué no acepta el pacto de Feijóo? ¿Acaso no se fía de su propio sondeo? ¿O es que prefiere seguir pactando con los independentistas y los populistas?

Estas dos preguntas sin respuesta ponen en evidencia las debilidades del PSOE, que no tiene un proyecto claro ni creíble para España, y que solo busca mantenerse en el poder a cualquier precio. Los españoles merecen unas respuestas claras y honestas por parte de quien aspira a seguir siendo su presidente.
