La Guardia Civil de Almería, en colaboración con la Policía Local de Pulpí, ha detenido a un hombre de 43 años por agredir sexualmente a una joven a la que abordó de madrugada, la introdujo en su coche y la llevó a una zona aislada donde la violó. El detenido, que ha ingresado en prisión, se enfrenta además a los delitos de lesiones, detención ilegal y contra la seguridad del tráfico.

Según ha informado la Guardia Civil en un comunicado, los hechos ocurrieron el pasado 17 de julio, cuando la víctima se dirigía caminando a su trabajo y fue asaltada por el agresor, que conducía un vehículo desde el que le ofreció llevarla e insistió en que subiera a su coche. Ante la negativa de la joven, el hombre se bajó del vehículo, la agredió por la espalda y la empujó al interior del mismo. A continuación, la golpeó en el estómago y en otras partes del cuerpo, dejándola inmóvil y sin capacidad de reacción.

El agresor condujo a gran velocidad hasta una zona aislada del municipio pulpileño, donde la víctima intentó escapar, pero fue nuevamente golpeada y amenazada con matarla. Aprovechando que la joven estaba totalmente indefensa, el hombre la violó con gran violencia.

Posteriormente, mientras seguía retenida por el autor, la víctima logró zafarse e intentó huir corriendo del lugar. El agresor la persiguió, pero en el mismo instante en que iba a alcanzarla, la joven pudo ser auxiliada por una persona que caminaba por una carretera cercana. En ese momento, el hombre huyó del lugar de los hechos.
El Equipo Territorial de Policía Judicial de la Guardia Civil, responsables de la investigación, iniciaron las primeras indagaciones y establecieron un dispositivo conjunto con varias patrullas de la Guardia Civil de diferentes Unidades y de la Policía Local de Pulpí para localizar al autor de los hechos. Mediante una intensa investigación concentrada en escasas horas en la que se recabó toda la información posible, tanto de los testimonios de la víctima y la persona que la auxilió, como del lugar donde se cometió la agresión, se logró localizar rápidamente al autor de los hechos. El agresor, al ver la presencia policial, trató de darse a la fuga en el mismo vehículo en el que cometió la agresión siendo finalmente detenido.

Como resultado de esta investigación, se ha detenido a un varón de 43 años por los delitos de agresión sexual, lesiones, detención ilegal y contra la seguridad del tráfico al carecer de permiso de conducir.

Las diligencias instruidas junto al autor de los hechos se pusieron a disposición del Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción número 3 de Huércal Overa, en funciones de guardia, que decretó su ingreso en prisión.
