La Junta de Gobierno Local aprueba también, entre otros asuntos, la licitación del nuevo contrato para la prestación de los servicios de control y acogida para el Centro Municipal de Acogida
El Ayuntamiento de Almería ha aprobado hoy la adquisición, por procedimiento negociado sin publicidad y sin promover la concurrencia de la oferta, del porcentaje del 45,45% del pleno dominio de tres fincas registrales, de titularidad de la Fundación Cultura y Sociedad, por un importe de 74.076,36 euros.

Cotitular de estas fincas, que suman una superficie total de 1.053 m², la operación implica el que el Ayuntamiento se haga prácticamente con la mayor parte del suelo de equipamiento situado entre el IES Galileo y la pasarela de Pescadería, junto a la calle Socorro. La superficie total de la manzana de equipamiento es de unos 2.000 m², quedando por obtener del total un pequeño solar (privado) de 264 m² de superficie.
“Mediante este acuerdo se viene a aceptar la oferta de venta presentada por la Fundación Cultura y Sociedad”, ha explicado la portavoz del Equipo de Gobierno, Ana Martínez Labella, abriendo con ello la posibilidad avanzada hace tiempo de “poner a disposición de la Junta de Andalucía ese suelo para la ampliación del IES Galileo, si así lo considera”

En rueda de prensa tras la Junta de Gobierno Local celebrada este viernes, presidida por la alcaldesa, María del Mar Vázquez, la portavoz municipal ha informado también de la aprobación de la propuesta, elevada por el Área de Urbanismo y Vivienda, de resolución del procedimiento de enajenación de una parcela municipal en el Barrio Alto. Con una única oferta presentada, la propuesta adjudica a la mercantil Servicios Integrados Nueva Almería S.L., la venta de dicha parcela, que linda entre otras con las calles Verbena y Morales, siendo parte del proyecto de reparcelación del PERI-NAN-02/106 del PGOU-98 de Almería. El precio de venta de la parcela se ha adjudicado en 90.750 euros.

A propuesta del Área de Economía, Innovación y Contratación se ha aprobado hoy, también en Junta de Gobierno Local, el expediente de contratación de los servicios de control y acogida del Centro Municipal de Acogida, con un presupuesto base de licitación de 174.243,03 euros. La vigencia del contrato será de un año, pudiendo prorrogarse anualmente por un máximo de 2 años. Un contrato, gestionado por el Área de Integración Social, Participación y Distritos, cuyo objetivo es el de atender el servicio de control y vigilancia en las dependencias municipales del Centro Municipal de Acogida, en el que se presta atención inmediata a personas en situación o riesgo de exclusión social.

En la Junta de Gobierno celebrada este viernes se ha aprobado igualmente la propuesta de acuerdo provisional de las subvenciones a otorgar a Entidades Asociativas sin Animo de Lucro por la Realización de Actuaciones de Carácter Social correspondiente al ejercicio 2023, por importe total de 50.000 euros. Dicho importe permitirá la subvención de 52 proyectos impulsados a través de otras tantas asociaciones y colectivos sin ánimo de lucro.
