El ayuntamiento de Vera presenta la programación del proyecto “TUS PLAYAS DE INVIERNO”. Yoga, zumba, voleyplaya, baile, patinaje, entrenamiento funcional, tenis playa, interpretación de la flora y la fauna costera, son algunas de las actividades que el consistorio desarrollará durante el invierno en sus playas. Las actividades que se desarrollarán durante las mañanas de los domingos tienen el objetivo de dinamizar la costa fuera de temporada y desestacionalizar la oferta turística más allá del verano.
El alcalde de Vera, Alfonso García Ramos, y la concejal de Promoción de la Ciudad, Carolina Pérez, han presentado la programación definitiva del proyecto “Tus playas de invierno” que dará comienzo el próximo fin de semana y que contempla un amplio programa de actividades gratuitas lúdico-saludables para toda la familia en las playas veratenses durante los fines de semana de noviembre de 2023 a mayo de 2024. Cada fin de semana de otoño, invierno y primavera, las playas de Vera contarán con una programación especialmente pensada para todos los públicos y edades.

El municipio veratense quiere así dar a conocer la versatilidad y posibilidades de sus playas fuera de la temporada estival, ya que el clima suave y soleado, con menos turistas, es el escenario ideal para los amantes del ocio al aire libre durante el otoño, el invierno y la primavera.
Según ha reconocido el alcalde de la localidad, “el objetivo es romper la estacionalidad y fomentar el deporte y el ocio saludable en la playa con actividades gratuitas para todos los segmentos de la población, porque disfrutar de un día increíble en las playas de Vera también se puede hacer en invierno”.

Por su parte la responsable de Promoción de la Ciudad, Carolina Pérez Gallardo ha explicado que "tus playas de invierno es un ilusionante proyecto que llenará nuestro litoral de deporte y actividades todos los fines de semana de noviembre a mayo, dinamizando nuestros recursos durante todo el año para contribuir a la desestacionalización turística de nuestro municipio que es uno de los principales objetivos del Equipo de Gobierno”.
Por todos es conocido que los días de otoño e invierno, en la costa del Levante Almeriense, son muy agradables, con días soleados donde la temperatura en las horas centrales rondan los 20 grados. Días para hacer deporte, disfrutar de playas solitarias, de la energía del sol y la brisa del mar.

El consistorio ha dado a conocer que el inicio de esta variada programación dará comienzo el próximo domingo 5 de noviembre con horario de 11 de la mañana a 13:00 horas con clases de entrenamiento funcional en Playa Las Marinas - Bolaga (junto a la Laguna de Puerto Rey), patinaje en la Plaza de la Pérgola, VoleyPlaya en Puerto Rey (frente a Maraú Beach Club) y Yoga en la Playa Naturista (frente al área recreativa de la Charca del Gato), esta última actividad con un horario de 10:00 a 11:30 horas.
