La Autoridad Portuaria se compromete con la Subdirección General de Carreteras en presentarle un anteproyecto que definirá las características de trazado, hidrología y movilidad
La presidenta de la Autoridad Portuaria de Almería, Rosario Soto, la subdirectora general de Planificación y Explotación del Ministerio de Transportes, Rosalía Bravo, el subdelegado del Gobierno en Almería, José María Martín, el director de Planificación y Desarrollo de Puertos del Estado, Manuel Arana, la jefa de la Demarcación de Carreteras, María José Tirado, y la alcaldesa de Almería, María del Mar Vázquez, han mantenido una reunión de coordinación sobre el ramal de entrada desde la N-340 al Puerto de Almería, después de que la APA remitiese a la Demarcación de Carreteras y Puertos del Estado una consulta previa.

La presidenta de la APA, Rosario Soto, ha insistido en la importancia y urgencia del enlace directo desde la N-340 que, autorizado por la Dirección General de Carreteras, ejecutaría la APA con fondos propios, contemplados ya en el plan de inversiones de 2024, con una partida presupuestaria de 1,7 millones de euros.

Rosario Soto ha valorado positivamente la reunión, muestra de la coordinación interadministrativa: “Hoy damos un paso más porque hemos acordado la redacción del anteproyecto, que haremos desde la APA, y en el que se recogerán todas las recomendaciones que la Dirección General de Carreteras haga desde el punto de vista del trazado, hidrología y movilidad”.

La presidenta ha explicado que para el desarrollo del anteproyecto trabajarán de la mano de la Demarcación Hidrográfica y el Ayuntamiento de Almería. “Desde la APA seguimos trabajando en nuestros plazos con la previsión de tener la obra ejecutada en el primer trimestre de 2025”.
