Los pliegos establecen como novedad la prórroga por otros dos años (por la misma cantidad de 39,3 millones de euros), lo que da un total de 76,8 millones de euros para cuatro años.
Condiciones del contrato
La licitación establece, entre otras condiciones, unas frecuencias mínimas de seis rotaciones semanales entre Málaga-Melilla y tres rotaciones semanales entre Motril-Melilla y Almería-Melilla, que se ampliarán en el período veraniego, Semana Santa y Navidad y cuando se estime que puede producirse una gran demanda o medien causas de utilidad pública.
